I read the reviews for these guys which was enough to make me travel down from Coventry to see a hybrid Lexus I was interested in. Well worth the trip, the car was beautiful and I don't think I could have found better. I paid the £49 booking fee but unfortunately we couldn't come to an agreement as I had a PX and I probably wanted more than it was worth trade. Matthew was a man of his word, he refunded the £49 (pretty much to sort the looky loos from serious buyers) as I didn't buy the car. These guys are true gentlemen from the old school, highly recommend visiting them and their impressive stock.

I purchased my Ford Focus ST from Matt today. All I can say is the service was top class. I will be returning in the future. Highly recommend people to use west Kent motors.

Yesterday I bought a Skoda from West Kent motor. I bought many cars in my life and so it was not first car buying. I can say that Matt is really professional and honest men. The vehicle was exactly same what he said on the phone. Thank yo so much Matt once again.

Beware of Auto Trader's distance from your home to West Kent Motors, which must be 'as the crow fly' as my 187 miles turned out to be 240 miles by road from 'West Yorkshire! However, the journey was well worth it, and the car, a Jaguar XF, was all as described and in superb condition. Great service and attention to detail by Matthew, would definately buy from again.

I bought an Audi A5 over the weekend. The whole process was very easy and transparent - the car was exactly as described, Matt was very knowledgeable and helpful, and within an hour of turning up I had a new car! Great service, very professional and I would use West Kent Motor Group again, even if it means travelling 2 hours to get there from home.

Just bought a Mini from Matt who was extremely helpful from start to finish & was very honest & easy to deal with. Was a bit unsure of putting down holding fee by phone before seeing the car but We read the reviews and also were reassured by Matt that we would like the car. When we arrived l couldn’t stop smiling lovely car well presented and looked even better than in the pictures with the wording that the first to see would buy. Today I bought a mini from west Kent motor company. From the first phone call to Matt who runs the garage to driving it off the forecourt that same day went so smoothly even though I was worried about buying a car during the pandemic. It actually couldn’t of been easier and our mini was in a beautiful condition and all ready for us to drive away.

Great car, great service. So glad I put my trust in these guys. I needed a new car and quick. I was a bit apprehensive of having to do call/click and collect but all my questions were answered in detail. They sorted all the paperwork and had the car ready to collect when I arrived. I really can't be happier with the car. It has exceeded my expectations. I throughly recommend them. Straightforward, honest service and a good value car. What's not to like.
